The Choe Lab investigates how immune cells migrate and coordinate within intact tissues, focusing on lymphocyte dynamics in the lymph node and spleen. We utilize advanced intravital two-photon and three-photon microscopy to visualize cellular behaviors deep within living tissues during infection and cancer. By integrating custom-built imaging systems with quantitative analysis, we aim to uncover the fundamental principles of immune surveillance and response in vivo.
